In essence, this is an exhaustive 6 month social media training package designed to do two things; 1) give you the confidence to manage your social media in-house in a professional and constructive way and 2) develop and nurture a good following across the sites.
Within the full service package, we will set up your accounts as above and visit the practice to get to know your staff, ensuring that the tone of voice for your social media is just right. From our involvement, you will learn which posts are best received and the best times to post to your audience.
We will run your social media accounts on your behalf for six months, whilst having regular contact with the practice. After this, we will hand over to you and your team at the practice and ‘hold your hand’ until you are happy to run it.
If however, you decide you would like us to continue to manage the social media accounts for you after the 6 months, of course, we will happily do this.
